You need Notebook drivers [http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/44971] or modified desktop drivers [http://laptopvideo2go.com/drivers]

If you haven't tried it already, go into the settings and change the threading to Single instead of Multi.

Tried both those things and they didn't seem to make a difference. If anything they made it worse.

Kind of off topic but the last case I did was complete bull shit too. I confronted several people for lying and providing evidence for their lies which apparently wasn't correct, when it so should have been. How does a fake address not prove a pink slip is fucking fake!?

Yeah Rockstar ports are a complete joke. I've got a GTX 680 and I still can't max GTA 4 (2560x1600). I sit at about 50% GPU usage and 33% CPU usage (i7 @ 3.8Ghz) and I still only manage about 40 FPS. I still like their games a lot though, I wish they had at least ported Red Dead. That game was fun.

You should leave threading on Multi. It means that the game can use multiple threads or cores. Setting it to single would just make it run on a single thread or core.

Strange I was having similar problems when I changed the threading to single it worked fine. And I'm running it on a PC that's less powerful than yours.
