I went with Eli. The evidence pointed at both of them fairly equally, and when I couldn't decide, I thought "Who comes out worse off from this"... So I chose to take down a Pedo, as opposed to making the Moller girl an orphan.
Eli since I wussed out for that bit and used a walkthrough. Also in the gasman case did anyone get the problem where you cant prosecute the actual arsonist because it wouldnt let you sit down to do it, I got a 1 star rating on that one just because of a glitch
Is that the one that had the guy who played Matt Parkman in Heroes?
If it is, i chose him because i messed up the interrogation with the other guy and got all the answers wrong (this was before i'd figured out what i was really doing)

I chose Rooney, but honestly I suspected the school Janitor. If you fuck up the evidence on both, he shows up and points out Moller.

I chose Eli, as I couldn't choose Moller (messed up the last question about the tire iron?) Only 3*'ed the case and the ending seemed to show Moller in jail anyway? Not sure exctly what happened there, maybe a bug or something.

Well i fucked up the interview with Eli, but apparently having all the evidence point to the husband is a fact to be ignored when charging someone with murder...

Yeah I charged the husband, which was wrong apparently even though most of the evidence pointed his way...I have a love/hate relationship with L.A. Noire.
