Seriously, Valve need to copy some of these guys ideas. These two modes are a lot better than anything they've come up with for the mutations so far.

So far, yes. But they've hinted at some pretty awesome ones, such as Chainsaw Massacre (Only weapons are Chainsaws with unlimited fuel) and Gib Fest (M60s and Magnums, Infinite ammo).

But Tank Run sounds like pure, masochistic bliss.

Next weeks one looks like one to watch too. From what I can gather here and there "Last Gnome on Earth" is a version of campaign mode were you have to get the Gnome from one end of the campaign to the other, however who ever has hold of it slows to a crawl, has to contend with the Gnomes pathetic attacks and is constantly attracting a horde to attack them.

The problem I have with the game modes so far is they seem mostly to just be changing minor mechanics rather than introducing something inventive like "Jockey Riders" or hilariously over the top like "Tank Run". Though I did enjoy a few rounds of "Bleed Out".
