So lots of people have been talking about whether this game is realistic. Here's a real detective's take on the subject:

Interesting video. Good to see Rockstar did their homework pretty well with this game. I do agree though that with a lot of the cases, the clues were almost too convenient and numerous.

That was so cool! But I really should stop torturing myself like this; I can't play this game but I keep looking for information about it, rubbing salt in the wound so to speak.

Thanks for sharing though =D

It wouldn't be much of a fun investigation if you had to just drop the case after two weeks due to lack of evidence/ leads.

I think we can forgive it just this once ;P

That was an awesome video, and I haven't even played LA Noire yet.

Also, that was hilarious when he finds the knife in the trash and says "yeah, we don't usually get that lucky."

Cool, although, I'm most certainly not a detective and I knew most of this already.

Don't you all mean Team Bondi? =p They developed this thing, Rockstar merely published.

(And I'll still play Phoenix Wright if I want to find people's lies)

Oh of course. All I'm saying is they didn't really make us look that hard for clues. Oh, the murder weapon is in a bin 20 feet from the body? Again? How devious!

But yeah, they also shouldn't make it too hard or it would just be frustrating and boring.
