Laptop Hard Drive?

Hey, I'm looking to get another (Or just add another) Hard Drive to my laptop. I'm not exactly sure what's good as per brands, or where I could go to get it installed (Although I do have a friend that might be able to do it). I'm curious as to what people prefer as to brands, where to buy, etc, etc..

So, any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure what I need is a SATA 2.5

(I'm relatively new to in-depth tech things, so have patience)

It may not belong here, but Seagate's tend to be worth the money overall, but if you are on a budget the Western Digital's tend to hold up well too.
