I own a Lenovo 410p touchscreen laptop running Windows 8. I was told it was decent for PC gaming.
It runs pretty ok but I constantly run into these 3 mouse problems.
1) Any time I plug a mouse in, there is always a massive lag between moving the mouse and the movement of the pointer. Clicking works fine. Only once in a blue moon, when the flying monkeys erupting from my bottom go flying with pigs will the mouse work with no problems.
I know this is not a USB port problem because I disabled the Power saving in control panel and have no problems whatsoever when plugging in memory, data transfer or my Xbox 360 controller. I've gone through 5 mouses (mice?) and it keeps happening.
2) With the trackpad on the laptop, anytime I press any of the keys on the keyboard, the mouse goes unresponsive for a few seconds. I've turned down the "Palm sensitvity" to the lowest but the trackpad still goes dead anytime I hit a key.
3) Minor problem but annoying none-the-less, any time I shutdown or lock my laptop, the God's Damn edgeswipe keeps coming back no matter how many times I turn it off. It's great that using one half of my track pad causes me to go to the ugly Windows8 screen no matter what I'm doing at the time.
