Tales of Xillia, and I loved it. It's a modern version of everything I love about RPGs, with exploration, sidequests, collecting and a good story and characters. I don't know how to explain it, but it has a classic tone to it as well. That may just be the cutscene and gameplay divide or cliches, but there's just some charm there a lot of modern games don't have. Like cutscenes being a reward for playing rather than an annoyance.
Tales of Xillia also. Loved it. The story was classic but enjoyable JRPG style and it had the funnest combat of any Tales game by far. Chaining linked artes is damn fun.
So is abusing Jude's snap pivot, I am untouchable with him. I always found it extra fun to dodge magic and teleport across the area.
Yep snap pivot is awesome. That combined with the back step teleporting and Jude is a killing machine.

Got another of the 20 endings for Papers, Please. Such a great game, I won't give anything away. Will start playing it again, but I suddenly became obsessed with FTL again.

The last game I beat was Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. I had a lot of fun but it was disappointingly short at only 4 hours.
Same here; ploughed through it in a single sitting. I'm trying a Revengeance difficulty run now and doing the VR missions. I do wish they'd gotten more time to build the game though, but they did well for only having about a year of dev time.
I might do another run through on the hardest difficulty and see if I can get an S rank in all the fights. I didn't know thy only had a year to make it. That is impressive.

Just finished Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast again. Challenging, an authentic feeling Star Wars story, and the best lightsaber fighting mechanics of any game ever. Good stuff.

Guacamelee. It was fun. Ending was kind of... head-scratchy.

Turns out, there is alternative ending for Hard mode? So that's a blehh.

Planescape: Torment, and oh, what a game that is. Awesome from start to finish. All of you who haven't played it yet: go play it. That's not a request, it's a demand.

Diablo 3 technically. I'm playing that game constantly and from time to time I'll kill Diablo which brings up the ending credits. Given the games design it doesn't feel like I 'beat' the game at that point though.

Bioshock Infinite was probably the last 'proper' game I beat.
Talk about an awesome game that's also terrible at the same time, lol.

Diablo 3, before that Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and before that saints row 4. All within past couple of weeks (I'm unemployed and have a lot of time on my hands)

There's always playing the game again with a different character. Also, just random chaos is fun too. I also beat SRIV this weekend and that's what I'm doing.

Eh, I'm not really one for playing games through again if the story dosent vary much or at all, also wouldn't want to go to have barely any powers. I did the random chaos thing in Saints 3 but now it just seems kinda boring when Im totally over powered.

Jak 3: Wastelander HD. I've been working through the trilogy collection, trying to beat the games and chipping away at all the collectibles for the Platinum trophies on each. Beat The Precursor Legacy last week and had a solid session on Jak 3 over the weekend and managed to beat it 100%. Just Jak II: Renegade to go now.

Well, what I plan on doing is a little self-imposed "no powers" challenge, basically trying to play it as much like SR3 as possible. Of course there are points that powers are necessary, but still. Also, I record videos for YouTube, so there's always the urge to upload random gameplay after my walkthrough's done just to kinda show off things. Can't wait for the mission pack DLCs to come out though.

Huh, the no powers thing didnt really occur to me, but it does seem like a fun challenging way to play my try it. Youtube? Mind if I check it out?

The last game I beat?
Ni No Kuni

The game metaphorically shoved a sack of sugar down my throat.
I'm kinda okay with that.

The last game I finished was The Darkness 2, its a fun game that I picked up cheap, it may be a bit too short. Also, there was no real last boss, just a bunch of mooks and Mike Patton growling impotently at me(something he does very well), but still I had fun with this game and the ending was pretty cool. Even if it was a "to be continued" that I doubt I will ever see the sequel to.

I beat Bulletstorm a couple days ago. The verdict: one of the best first-person action games on the 360, or at least part of the upper 10%. It's the game Duke Nukem Forever should have been.

Next on the itinerary is Catherine. I'm on the second floor of the Quadrangle as of this typing, so if time permits, I should be finished by the weekend.

I completed Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty the other day and just before that was the original Metal Gear Solid. I've started working my way through the entire HD Collection on PS3 since I'm currently on "classics" kick and checking out alot of older games I've never played.

Also currently in the pipeline is Devil May Cry and Spyro the Dragon... I don't know how long it will take me to get to them.

Borderlands 2 with all the available DLC and on Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode. I think this was the 4th playthrough for me. I enjoyed it quite a bit. About 400 hours worth of gaming, I still have a few fluff side quests that I am not that interested in doing left. But all the main quests and 98% of the side quests are complete.
