I don't have a one-liner, but I would like to calmly (with a slight twitch) tell the person(s) I am facing how I am going to remove their limbs and vital organs from the direct vicinity of their bodies and how I will desecrate those while he is still standing.

Freaks them out. Time and time again.

Well if its swords I would say something like:

With guns:

"I AM READY" and then just shoot the nearest person or as many as possible before getting gunned down.

well i have a few

one during a zombie outbreak and me having a really bad head wound it would go like this:
"zombies eat two things brains and lead...and im all out of brains."

another used in any situation:
"tell death that ill see him soon" then you kill the bad guy and his buddys kill you

and my last one is again use in a zombie out break:
"you know what they say, when zombies come to earth theres no more room in hell" blow a zombie's head off
