"Latest" bar not updateing

Title says it all, for some reason the "Latest" part of my forum thing isn't updating, anyone else have this?

Been happening for the last few days, the order and number of posts change but the last person to post does on occasion.

Happens with both Chrome and IE8

REcaptcha: can I love?

(OK the captcha is really beginning to freak me out)
