I've seen it in show rooms to add a bit of color to an otherwise bland scene.That hasn't been for many years though, since we've moved into the post-airconditioning era.

Mostly, it was used to say "see how quiet this thing is, and you can tell its running because the strips are moving".

Quite frankly, she doesn't have enough heat-dispensing electronics surrounding her to justify that many fans. You should have added a heat lamp.

We have different weather problems than normal on the Canadian Prairie Wastelands... it's been raining a frankly ridiculous amount. Keeps it nice and cool.

That's actually why I ran to Kelowna for a week, I was tired of all the damned rain I was getting in Alberta

Me and my girlfriend attempted to go to the Fringe festival, but were delayed because the rain was falling so hard that you couldn't see the ground through the white splash-water.

Actually this winter is pretty mild, only a few frosts and the farmers are reporting calves and lambs arriving early.

Heck they are even cutting silage because the animals can't consume all the grass growth.

agreed, although I have the fans at multiple angles

because my nuts get hotter than lava, so getting a jet engine airflow down there is a must

the fact it is blazing hot outside wouldn't matter so much if the humidity here wasn't through the flipping roof day and night, the fans feel like they are just shooting liquid heat at me sometimes because of how bad the heat seeps into everything.

this is hilarious how spot on it is though, streaming multiple tv shows via my tv screen while playing games and having 30 tabs open on my main monitor.

It's not too bad here. Been rather decent temperature wise. But that's also because it doesn't seem to go a day without raining. So, it's kinda humid, but saved by the temperature only being slightly above room temperature.

And it's August...
Fuck. Winter is gonna be Hell.
