Least favorite vegetables?

I only like potatoes and carrots, and do Cucumbers count? I love cucumbers.

I hate all green vegetables. And cauliflower.

Well, every time I've eaten rhubarb I've had the dubious pleasure of seeing it again barely moments after swallowing, so I suppose we have a winner there. Otherwise, I tend to like most common vegetables.

I can't stand the taste of celery (the root part of it). Funny thing I can name two more green foods but those are infact fruit.
As for the other vegetables, I can pretty much handle those unless it's something new and never tasted before.

I like and eat lots of vegetables. But I dislike celery and I can only eat eggplant if it's grilled dry. I hate wet, slimy eggplant.

Fortunately, I regularly eat spinach, broccoli, peppers (non-spicy), asparagus, onions, mushrooms, artichoke, cabbage, lettuce and tomatoes. About 80% of the stuff I eat is not canned or processed foods.

Goddamn Brussel sprouts!

They taste like cabbage, only worse, much worse.

The first thing I say to someone who's cooking a roast for me is no sprouts please.

I'm not a huge fan of parsnips either, but at least they are somewhat edible to me.

There are a lot that I haven't tried I'm sure. I'm actually not sure how to answer this though...I hate Bell Peppers but those aren't vegetables, they're peppers. I don't remember ever eating Brussels Sprouts but I think I know enough about them to dislike the scent. I don't think I would like Eggplant either but I'm not sure about what that is...

I enjoy a majority (if not all) of vegetables and fruits. Especially Brussel sprouts. Delicious.

I'm not a fan of mashed parsnips.
Any other method of cooking them or indeed any other vegetable that I've tried I've thoroughly enjoyed.

I'd just like to say this is the most compelling argument against sprouts I have ever seen.

Other than the evil and horrific vegetables detailed in the post above, I've never liked broccoli or cauliflower much either. Other than, veggies are great.

Other then these two devils I cook with and eat all the vegetation I can get may hands on, going so far as to grow a few of my own. Though I think that they are technically fruit cause they have seeds.

I am that weird guy that likes their vegetables raw rather than cooked (there are some I prefer, but I am picky in how they are cooked).
I don't really like squash raw or cooked, it is just mushy and blah. Especially cooked because it's hard skin is left and it doesn't taste good at all.

Anywho, I can eat almost all vegetable but I loath bok-chou (or how ever you spell it). It tastes like nothing and has a weird texture.

Seriously, it tastes like nothing. NOTHING!!
