Probably the time I accidentally molotoved my whole team. I was playing locally with a friend. When it happened, he looked as if he was about to strangle me. It was actually pretty funny.
I got booted for trying to be clever with the Hunter. The "leader" wanted me to do it his way even though I had a survior all alone. He and his cronies booted me for "not following his orders."
I shot the one big propane tank that explodes and killed 2 of the survivors and the other guy had like 4 hp left after it, then RGD gets booted.

I usually join a game in progress where my entire team is getting raped. Almost as soon as I join, one of them decides to look at my characte's name (They didn't realize it was as AI a few seconds ago) and proceed to boot me for letting the entire team down. I usually have time to get in a "FUCK YOU" though.
i think i got booted because, as a hunter, i pounced on a survivor who was surronded by their teammates and THEY ignored them. also nearly got kicked for vomiting on two incaped survivors in the safehouse after thier teammates turned on them.
The funniest time was when I was on the infected team, and I kept blowing up all our boomers for fun, and they eventually got mad and kicked me
Another time was when I got switched to the infected team from the survivors, but didn't want to attack my former teammates because I took a liking to them. So I traveled alongside them as a survivor-friendly Hunter, preventing any attacks against them I could by doing things such as blowing up boomers, scouting out the locations of witches so they could avoid them, and jumping in the way of smokers and other hunters. I was eventually kicked by my infected teammates who did not approve of my survivor tolerance.
Also, this is a story of when someone was trying to kick me but couldn't. I was in a survival game with a cool person, a little kid, and an asshole. Since the asshole and little kid weren't cooperative, we kept losing within the first minute. Eventually the cool guy decided to stop playing survival and start playing "Team Deathmatch", so we started shooting and lighting fire to the other two. They tried to kick us, but couldn't. So eventually they left, and gave us the freedom to go skeet shooting with hunting rifles and propane tanks without all the annoying "Kick player" boxes popping up.

It's not really funny just weird, I was the only one with a headset on expert and 20 minutes in I get kicked for no real reason. I had no damage taken or friendly fire incidents just an unexplained kick.

I got a copy of L4D to play with my little brother on and he was playing on some server where everyone was pro or something (I can't remember). Anyways my brother was Louis and I got Bill, and we were getting our stuff in the starting safe room when Francis started unloading on my little brother so I kicked his ass then he kicked mine outta the game.

The weirdest one for me was in campaign mode (on normal), I was randomly knocked out of the No Mercy Hospital (the level just before the rooftop finale) by a Tank I hadn't managed to get away from fast enough, and as soon as I was hit and thrown off of the roof, I was banned. I might have understood the ban if I had been a complete asshole, but before I was knocked off the building, I had helped out every survivor that I could and did my best not to accidentally shoot them in the head (which may not be saying much because when shit gets serious I am a terrible shot).
