Left 4 dead preview video

while i was playing the orange box on my xbox yeasterday, i came across something strange. After leaving it at the game selection screen to watch the end of the penguins game, i came back, only to find a left 4 dead trailer playing. It was old because it had the original characters before they were redone. I never knew about this. Was I the only one who missed it?

EDIT: Well, that was... odd. I guess VALVe put in a little teaser for everyone. I think I preferred the old Louis and Francis models, but still, I like the new ones as well.

Yeah it plays the trailer when you don't touch the controller at the main screen. I'd try it but, I'm usually to eager to play TF2 instead.
