Left 4 Dead question

Okay seeing as the game hasn't come out yet there is still time for this feature to present itself but...
All the videos I've seen of Left 4 Dead has the characters using prerecorded lines, asking for help and all that noise but I want to know if we will be able to use our headsets for xbox live or PC
Does anyone know

I would assume so.

With as much strategy as you will need to stay alive as a human, it would be silly to have players rely only on prerecorded lines. That, and damn near every game nowadays uses a mic.

I would fall out of my chair if we weren't able to use mics. Valve would not do that to us.
