Having six survivors (it's an unrest mod) all smoked off the same bridge at the same time at the FIRST area in Dead Air.
I played it with No More Sanity.
He left me to die. repeatedly.

While on the finale of Death Toll on EXPERT, I was to keep guard at the front door of the cabin. When the boat arrived, I turned around to find that everyone ran to the boat while I was fending off the last Tank and was immediately attacked and mauled by about fifty zombies. I didn't get the Achievement. :'(
I was in the back with the rest of the team in just a foot from me. I get pulled by a smoker and I ask for help. they just run off and leave me to die then say "we couldn't get back there."

At this point they were all on thier little boat sailing away to safety.

As for fail moments, thats like, every single time I play with random people. I can't figure out how people still dont know how to play after the games been out for nearly a year... but yeah... its pretty awful for me most of the time
heres another one: We are almost done and some idiot shoots a car setting off the alarm! We all run in the safehouse and lock him out watching him get mauled then thrown to the floor and kicked like a bad office worker! Then we opened the door through a pipebomb ON him and it blew up killing him!
Me and my friends were playing on No mercy on versus, one of them were AFK so we just waited at the start.
Well one of us opened up the door and the infected spawned, we held them off for a little while but a smoker got the AFK guy and he began to cling to the edge.
I ran to save him and got pounced by a hunter who got killed a few seconds after pouncing me but I got disoriented and fell off the edge of the roof.
The best part was when the boomer came up and barfed on the other 2 survivors and they completely panicked and one of them jumped off the roof killing himself.
The last survivor was then pounced by a hunter and killed....
For those who care the AFK guy was playing as Louis.
