I believe Sephiroth is left handed. He holds his Masamune in his left hand, at least.
He is indeed, so are Cloud and Kadaj. Though I think all the remnants of Sephiroth turned out left handed.

Edit: Actually, scratch Cloud off the list, I think he isn't a lefty

Other than the main cast of Lucky Star, I can't think of many that are left handed. Out of that limited choice, I'd go with Kagami Hiiragi.
They're left handed? :O
I really never noticed.
I'm pretty sure. I remember Konata switching in a few scenes of the anime adaption.

Aw, there isn't much love for us lefties eh?

I think Link used to be a lefty, till Twilight Princess (I think!?)

EDIT: It appears I've accidentally ninja'd someone...
My apologies.
In the GameCube version of Twilight Princess Link was still left handed.

You're right. Out of the main three, they're all lefty, though Konata is technically ambidextrous.

Compared to the majority of people, there's a high percentage of gamers who are ambidextrous, so this is an accurate representation.

Rtas 'Vadum (Half-Jaw or the elite besides the Arbiter) from Halo 2 seemed left handed to me, because at one point in a cut scene he unsheathes his sword with his left hand and then charges into battle. Plus in gameplay he frequently holds his plasma rifle in his left hand.

Sheva is, from Resident Evil 5.
Made it seem really weird if you play as her after hours of playing as Chris. Switched shoulder camera angles... scary stuff, man...

If you look it up, there are actually quite a bit of left-handed video game characters. It's ones from anime that I have trouble finding. Really, there's probably less than 5 total that I can point out at this moment.

Anyone in the past few days think of any anime character that's left-handed besides the characters in lucky star and the bassist in K-on?

Left handed people, do you get confused if your character is right-handed in games?
I sometimes feel a bit odd seeing the character use their right hand for stuff my right hand out right refuses to feel comfortable doing. But never confused.

OT: I would say Link but I've been ninja'd a few to many times, also it does annoy me to some small level that the motion controls have turned him right handed.
