It's do-able on easy difficulty, it's just those bloody tanks. It's hard enough to do this achievement on easy so don't be ashamed!

Playing on Easy with 3 friends is the Key in Death Toll. In the last chapter to the Right of the cabin is a big Rock. Grab a few Rifles, Molotov's and Pipe bombs, Jump on the Rock and Watch out for smokers and Tanks. Its the same way you get Untouchables and its the best defense.

Yeah, this way does seem pretty doable, I may have to try it during the weekend and try and find some other hopefuls that are willing to try many attempts to get it.

I don't think that tanks would be a problem, aslong as someone has a auto-shotgun, and who ever is getting chased know where they are running.

I do also like the closed captions idea too that was posted up a while ago.

The way I got the achievement is just by getting 3 other people who are really good at this game and going through the campaign as quick as possible. Also, it may help if you have the full captions on that way you can hear when a Boomer or Smoker is near. And they guy who joined at the last minute got the achievement because there was a glitch called the Dashboard Glitch, which if someone joined a game from the 360 dashboard, they would get the achievement but as of Tuesday or Wednesday (This week) a patch was released to remove it. Good luck to you, this is definitely one of the hardest ones to get.

That glitch exised on the PC as well: a friend got nothing special, stand tall, unbreakable, etc (ie, all the very hard ones), simply by joining a game in finale, getting on the minigun for a few seconds, then running into the chopper.

The No Mercy Finale (On Campaign or Single Player) is easy. Just defend the closet downstairs or the stairs. Person at back keeps whacking while person at front keeps shooting.

Actually, I think camping underneath the ramp leading up to the helipad would be easier if everyone stayed to the side, all the zombies and hunter, etc, just come down in a line.
Not sure if the smokers can grap you through the gap or not, not really a fan of that tactic, but it might work on No Mercy.
