Besides, we all know Picard is better than Kirk. All Kirk did was mess up, get fat and have sex. Picard actually led his crew with competency.

Picard > Kirk. Picard wins for one simple reason: He's man enough to show he's bald, unlike some other Star Fleet captain and his toupee.

Unlike Kirk, Picard was never a regular in Sick Bay for treatments to manage his "Alien Syphilis".
