I've been loving it so far. The only problem I'm having is that I'm too used to having a large, central A button, so I often end up punching when I want to jump and using a special attack when I want to punch.
Oh man, THANK YOU. That saves me SO much freaking trouble. Now I actually feel like I'm practicing when I'm playing this demo.Story said:You can actually "turn off" items by choosing a Final Destination mode. To do this, just press x before you select the stage.Leemaster777 said:Really, my only annoyances with the demo is coming from the fact that, well, you can't change ANYTHING. The default controls are annoying, and the circle pad isn't very good for jumping (can't wait until I can turn that off). Playing the same stage over and over gets boring (I never liked Battlefield). And I really wish I could turn off items (I got so used to playing competitively that playing with items is actually getting on my nerves). Also, time instead of stock. Damn.
So really, anything that I find wrong with this version so far pretty much all boils down to the fact that I'm playing a demo. The full version will likely keep me entertained for a good long while.
Also, thanks, indirectly, for the Villager tips.
She's an unlockable character in that game. Probably a marth clone from what I can tell. Let's see if that's true later on...Dominic Crossman said:I played the hell outta brawl but the controls felt unresponsive as hell in ds version. Although this is probably because I'm not used to them. I always used a wii remote, never owned a gamecube controller.
Also, I can't c Lucina on the character select screen??? Probably missed her... hopefully.
If I remember correctly, Zero Suit's final smash involves getting into her ship, targeting and shooting laser beams at everyone in first-person...erttheking said:(On that note, what's Zero Suit Samus' final smash now? They can't exactly go for the kind of weak putting on her armor thing now.)
