I'm in a poetic mood today, I suddenly came up with this small piece just some hours ago:
"Meeting people should be like getting a present: you shouldn't keep staring at the outside, you are supposed to unwrap it and see for yourself what it truly contains."
"Therefore, it saddens me that the modern world clearly demands a beautiful shell, but an empty, easily moulded chamber."
"People have forgotten what people are."
"But, in time, they will remember it once more."
"Let us all hope we realise this fast enough, before we simply tear ourselves apart."
My question to you guys is: Can you make a small poet with a clear theme? I'm eager to know if there are other poetic-ish people here. You can discuss them if you really want to.
