Add in duel weilding pistols, for the love of god.Parallel Streaks said:On topic:
Fable III:
- More uses for money, after you buy all the houses and some cool clothes, a good weapon with augments etc., you really have nothing to do. Maybe make it so that time-passes dynamically and new houses become available WITHOUT the need of going into an instance area in the story-line once?
- More clothes. The choices were still abysmal, while admittedly better than Fable I, please give us a bigger variety, or at least the ability to wear what ANY of the NPC's wear, excluding unique models.
- More hairstyles, and a semi-changeable face, the guy in Fable II was just plain ugly.
- When I increase my Physique because I want more damage, don't FORCE me to become bulky and crap. Give me an option whether to get more muscled, or just be strong in a more wiry sense of the word.
- The ability to un-equip weapons, I hated being a pure ranged character but having to keep a melee-weapon at all times.
- (In lieu of the above suggestion) Place-able sheaths/holsters for certain weapons. I.E., you can move a sword from your back to your hip, or get an ankle holster for your pistol.
- Daggers. These would be perfect for a quick, Assassin type character.
- Hire getter writers. Srsly.
- Different fighting styles that you can learn from different teachers in the game, they would all have their advantages and disadvantages, like one being more brutish and powerful less easy to block, but one being more swift and less easy to dodge.
- A LOT more titles, from what I heard from the NPC's, about 5 unique lines of dialogue for each title, it shouldn't be too difficult to institute some.
Maybe more later. Who knows.
Also, although its kind obvious that III will be a prequal, tho this suggestion may mess with the general chronolgy somewhat, but bring in pirates! It's hinted and referenced enough in II.
Fucking zelda managed to do it on the gamecube!
Also easier to pull off finisher moves. I've only managed to do it once or twice, but theres a way to come up behind enemies and slash their throat (with a katana I think).
More variety of enemies too. Theres only really 7 main enemies (hobbes, shadows, bandits, tower guards, town guards, civillians and balverines) with Trolls and Shards which you dont really face very much. And for such an "open and huge game" 7 enemies really isnt doing it justice.
There already is:halflobster said:a Square enix smash game

A game shop had it as arcade version and holy crap it was hard, but hellishly fun.
Also a Pokemon game with more possiblities and more than just 4 fucking moves!
By possibilities I mean taking a leaf from Digimon's book and having like Metalsomething-or-other, but get it in the same way as youd get Steelix and Sizor, but giving their lower level pokmon metal coat and trading them or something.
Also a Smash Bros style pokemon game would be good.
