Let's Play Advice

I recently started making Let's Play videos and I was wondering if any veteran Let's Players (if there are any here) have any advice to share.

Also if any Let's Players would be so kind to point me into the direction of their own work so I might glean some insight on it would also be much appreciated.

I think I have the basics covered as in, don't breathe into the mic, mute your sneeze, don't eat etc.

What game are you doing? If you want more detailed advice it would help to know the game (and preferably genre in case we don't know the game).

Right now I'm playing through Dead Space 2, because I love it immensely.

No preferred genre, I'm planning everything but race games.

Any general advice would be appreciated, like I'm still not sure which format to use when creating the movie from pinnacle for upload to youtube. Right now I'm using .mov because it's size efficient (as far as I know), but it's still easily a GB per 15 minute clip.
