Leveling destruction with a forge in Skyrim.

I just accidentally ran over a forge when trying to jump it in Windhelm. Upon getting burned I leveled up in destruction. Confused I started testing the forge more and learned that each time you get burned it gives you experience in destruction. I can now level destruction by running back and forth on a forge while spamming healing spells. Also strangely my healing spells aren't costing any mana to cast.

Is this glitch happening to anyone else?

Edit: Found out it is a glitch done by forges. Still don't understand why my restoration is free though. Also found a video explaining whats happening to me.

Unless you're playing a modded version, standing in the forge does nothing.
