Life imitating video games

I'm sure most of you have heard the phrase of 'Life imitating art'. Well how about when it imitates video games. What instances have you seen that show this.

For instance this scene of a truck destroying a bridge in Turkey (no one killed) reminded me so much of Red Faction Guerrilla.
