I've just been doing a little research into this game (which will be available on XBLA soon, or possibly now in some places) it sounds very interesting, as well as being creepy as hell. As far as can tell the only story aside from hints within game is in the games description, which says that "a boy worried for his sister enters Limbo." The gameplay itself revolves around punishing platforming and puzzles segments with nasty consequences for the young protagonist if things go wrong.

While I was very interested gametrailers review said that the game is only 3 hours long. As 1200MS points (I think) that's pretty steep. I was just interested to see if anyone else is thinking of getting this game, or if it's already out somewhere (I should probably do my research before I do these things) whether anyone has bought it and thinks it was worth the price.

Limbo isn't being released until the 21st of July(here at least), that being said though the game looks absolutely stunning. I've been waiting for this game since I first saw it lurking around in the Giantbomb Wiki, very excited.

That is true, but Portal is a one of a kind. Limbo looks great but it could well be just good. And only 3 hours of good.

It's tricky.

Its like a two days away now. Man I am excited. I dont buy to many Arcade games, but that one defintly looks worth it, even if it is short, it'd defintly be a good experience.

Anyone by any chance heard of a game called Journey, coming out on the PS3 market place sometime next year? Its from the same makers of Flower and it looks really cool.

On a slightly related note, does nayone remember that one game where you're a UFO or something everything it black like the above game except for color backrounds and there was this one level with tentacles chasing you?

It was featured on the escapist but I can"t for the life of me remember.

Then see Braid :

It looks nice but many games Like coma (see above) are free and on flash player.
