Little question regarding The Sims 3

Damn I'm almost embarrased asking thus, but hell, I enjoy The Sims 3 a lot and I'm proud of it damnit! Ok maybe not próud but...content...o what the hell, time for the question.

*ahem*

Mkay, so I've got a little problem. So my Sim has finally gotten himself a girlfriend, and now I'd like to let her move in with my Sim before I let him ask her to marry him. It's even one of his wishes. But the problem is: how? I can't find any form of dialogue between the 2 that suggests moving in together. So...long story short: how the hell do I ask her to move in with me?
If anyone could help me, all the effort is appreciated.

I think you have to marry then you decide that stuff. Atleast that how I got my poor sim a 250,000 simolean mansion. Call me a gold digger, but atleast now I don't have to work, now he just writes racy novels about mice.

Just a question.. but can you get shotgun weddings in The Sims 3?

Unfortunately I have no solution to the OP, as I do not ownt he game.

This may be an age related problem, if they are still teens or young adults, then it simply may not be an option without mods. In Sims2 you had to be an adult before asking such questions.

I just picked up the sims3 today myself, actually my mom got it for me and wont give it to me until tomorrow as my fathers day present >.<
