LittleBigPlanet 2 Delayed until 2011

Media Molecule have announced on their website [http://www.littlebigplanet.com/en-gb/news/article/important_news_regarding_the_release_date_of_littlebigplanet_2/] that LittleBigPlanet 2 will be delayed until 2011 to allow them "a bit more time to deliver the experience that our great fans and community deserve."

I'm a little dissapointed since the first game was awesome and I was looking forward to this new installment. However, I'm glad that my wallet will look a little fuller until next year.

I'm really surprised anyone cares. LittleBigPlanet was fun for about an hour. The fact that people are actually excited about a sequel baffles me.

Really? It won GOTY 2008, has 3 million user created levels, with new ones out every hour. LBP is really popular.

The fact that it won GOTY 2008 just tells me 2008 was a slow year. As for it still generating user creating levels, that amazes me.

If I didn't trade my copy towards Heavy Rain I might be tempted to check some of them out. If the game had been fun to play for, as I said, more than an hour.

Still, I'm sure this delay is an inconvenience and irritation to the people who did care enough to be waiting for it.

Well...That blows but at least i will have Fallout new vegas to keep me entertained for the rest of the year.
