1) What's the minimum safe distance you guys use for these things? I think I'd be on the other side of the road, preferably behind something big and heavy.

2) I can't be the only one who heard "Wagon Wheel", thought "How are they going to fit a whole wheel inside a microwave?" and was then surprised to find there is a chocolate confection with that name, can I?

Wagon Wheel? Don't they know a Moon Pie when they see one?

I'm pretty sure they own that.

They don't own it. I recall them saying on a LRRcast that it cost them a small fortune to even rent it for 10 or so days, and they could only get a low end one.

They should have done the optical discs in a darker environment... the daylight was flooding out all the cool sparks you get when microwaving an optical disc, which is the best part.
