... Or, at least, if they do now since they've just given some braindead idiots with a need for wi-fi some ideas.

My brother took my USB wireless device, created a dish around the antennae with a pop can and taped it out my window so I could pick up my neighbors unprotected wifi signal while our internet was down once a couple years back. Apparently these measures did actually increase the effective range, and yes, having the window open during winter was an acceptable sacrifice for connectivity.

I don't know how this helps anyone else, but I considered it amusing.

LOVED the starbucks signs. There are a few like that nearby. Except aimed at me. And not WiFi related. Apparently, pants are KIND OF A BIG DEAL.

Also, I think that suit Paul was wearing, while very sharp indeed, did for a split second make him look like the Prime Minister of Ireland (Taoiseach) , Enda Kenny.

is it a bad idea to say I've NEVER paid for internet, at all... ever

my first laptop was linked to 'someones' internet for over a year
and i currently house share so completely wired internet is free again

but someday, i may.. oh nope free wifi is becoming a human right soon ah well

( i'm probably butchering the intent of that statement, but i don't care )
