Lockerz confuses me

I recently got an invite from my friend to Lockerz and when I read about it, it seemed pretty bad ass about the fact that you can get free stuff. But whenever I go onto a product, any product it's sold out.

So my question to you, users of The Escapist is Lockerz a sham or is it Legit?

It seems legit, from the number of people who claim to have received free stuff, but I'm quite curious as to what their business model is. Maybe it's run by eccentric billionaires. I'll take an invite if you're giving them out.

Lockerz is pretty much a pyramid scheme - sure you can get free stuff from it, but those at the top (those running the site) will make the most money from it - I'm sure every time you complete a survey they earn money etc...

Getting the stuff will undoubtedly become harder overtime as more people gain invites to the site...

At least, that's my view.

I think it's probably legit, but that's only because as a student I've come across multiple sites that offer free or discounted stuff and have deals with various companies to get them to offer students free stuff and discounts. In the UK, Student Beans is a major example of this, and a site that I'm a member of myself, though I don't use it much. But if you're on Lockerz, could you please send me an invite? I've heard about it before but I don't know anybody on there and so don't have an invite, and me and my housemates would be pretty damn happy to get invites, methinks.
