8 in assassin's Creed and in over all almost 200 h in Legend Of Zelda TP and over 200 h if not over 300h on OoT and AlttP.
2 years of Morrowind- I mean every day for two solid years. Miss those times.
as for pure time spent playing one game- MW2 multi and single player for about 10 hours. Had a bottle of water and some snacks at the foot of my bed but they went untouched.
Or possibly Fallout 3, but I took breaks to get some food, go to the loo and have a ... ah well... yeah

Total would be BF2142. Love that game. And with the new 1.51 beta patch out, more hours will be added!

I finally stopped when I kept falling asleep on my keyboard. Never did it again.
I still do the odd 6 or 8 hours on a Saturday if my wife is working, though!
EDIT: Since everyone else is also throwing in their most played game over all, not in just one sitting then I will to! It's Baldur's Gate. From 1998 to present...and foreseeable future.
Not sure I think it might be Battlefield 2 though, sat up a whole night once to play in a tournament, Bf2c if anyone else was in it
Altogether about 100 days on world of warcraft and in a single session about 10 hours on world of warcraft.
It was probably a 14-15 hour stint playing Fable: The Lost Chapters. The worst bit is; I wouldn't have noticed a machine-gun wielding T-Rex leaning through the window asking me to go pillaging and for a spot to drink afterwards.

MW2, the day before release I got it for pre order. I played for 7h 41m, and completed the whole campaign on veteran before the game even officially came out

I did three days straight on Morrowind, using a combination of various narcotics to keep myself awake during the night and not too fidgety during the day.
My housemates realised I wasn't stopping and so ordered me pizza and brought me up fresh orange juice every so often. Aahhh, the long-gone days of being young and stupid, I'm a lot more sensible now.
I ended up at 4000 hours on that one character!

A triple sleep over with my best friend playing Resident Evil 5. I think we 95%-ed it and finished all the DLC. That game is terrible if you have no friends, but brilliant with.
I think the OP only did this to justify their 6 hours of gameplay.
I think I've played Football Manager for something like 16 hours straight. Literally, wake up, turn laptop on, play til sleep... I've banned myself from playing it for a while now.
As for overall, God knows how many hours I've put into FF7, Fifa 10 and past Pro Evos.

We each used to have an xbox and a copy of Morrowind in our bedrooms, and we'd sit and play and shout interesting finds between rooms, occasionally wandering through to see the new house layout or armour configuration.
