looking for a desktop

Im looking for a desktop computer with good ram hard drive and stuff.I looked at alienware and thats more than i would like too pay, maybe a custom pc.

Somthing about maybe £500 maximum.

It depends on what your actually looking to do with it, but with £500 you should be able to build a fairly decent Pc
