Looking for a game (if it exists).

I've been looking for a fighting game lately. Well, not necessarily a fighting game, it could be a beat-em-up. In fact, if it were a beat-em-up that would be a godsend. You see, I'm looking for something that focuses on doing things like

throughout the gameplay. Needless to say, I fucking love ridiculous combos.

Got any suggestions?

Marvel vs Capcom 2? I mean you can hit like 200-300 hit combos

Blazblue mabye its the spirtual successor to guilty gear, one the charectors in game is quote is its over 9000!! while he does his 160 hit combo dealing 9001 damage

Orchids combos where the most fun I have had doing combos ever. Loved her ^^

And to add a bit of OT weight. I haven't come across many game so far that combine that to my liking, but you might wanna give Valkery profile a try as it does some good combo machanics, though you don't have too much control, or Star Ocean (second one i know, third I haven't fully tried yet). The combos are shorter but you have good control.
