Now, to clarify, I'm talking about the sandbox physics of AC. The ability to climb over just about anything, from any angle. The stealth stuff would be nice too, but I'm just curious if anyone has made any games with that basic physics/mechanics, but instead of it being historical based, it's modern day/post-apocalypse. I just find myself really interested in playing a game as a sniper, but I can crawl all over anything/everything, to find my preferred sniper spot.
Most of the modern day games that I've played that even remotely attempt this, still gate you into lanes of movement, or only being able to clamber up surfaces at specific locations, thereby limiting a lot of the map to simply background dressing, and not something you can actually interact with.
So, any titles out there like that?
