So I've been looking for an MMORPG that can both hold my attention and allow me to kill other players and either A) loot their body and/or B) has an effect on them such as loss of experience. I've bought a couple games and am tired of spending money so any help I can get would be great. I've played both Wow and EVE but Wow last time I checked doesn't allow looting and EVE takes way too long to get started. I tried Mass Effect but I'm looking for something online. Thanks.
