Looking for a Tetris

Hi escapist, come here looking for help.

I kinda remember playing a Tetris back in the 90's in which there were cossacks dancing and soviet buildings if you manage to complete a level or finish it... don't remember well, but i think it was not a dream and the memory is driving me crazy.

Anyone remember which tetris is it? Did it existed or am i just going mental? Please! I really want to see again those dancing Russians.
