So, i'm looking for a bit of help, I don't really trust any gamespot or wal-mart employee to suggest a game, because their corporate whores with no souls. So I ask you all to suggest to me some good games out there.

I don't do most anime, turn based games, JRPG, or sports games(Excluding boxing.) I have an xbox 360, and Prototype, Saints Row 2, Crackdown, Rockband, Mass Effect, and Fallout 3.

Assuming you use Live, buy Left 4 Dead. You won't need to ask for suggestions again for a long, long time...

I'll go with the games I actually enjoyed. Halo 3 was good for a while, unless you're a multiplayer person it will get old, but its the good type of get old fast where you have an absolute blast getting to that point. Fable 2 was alright for a first time through, my attempts at replaying it met limited success. Lost odyssey, for what I've played of it, looks good for a try, just don't get bogged down ring-hunting, focus on getting through the story and grabbing the dreams or you'll never complete it. (Unless you really are a grind-fan with time on your hands.)

Oblivion 4... eh... I can't recommend that piece of junk with a straight face. Its like Fallout 3 with the good parts removed, avoid like the plague (Though many people seem to disagree with me there.)

Thats... about it for games recommendations from me... hope some of this is helpful... Oh, if you haven't played it yet you can probably pick up Canis-canem edit up for a song now, it's not the best of games but its good for some cheap laughs. Its called Bully in North America.

I don't really get why you can't take the advice of an employee at one of those places. In all reality, they are most likely just a guy who likes to play games like you. The fact that they work for corporate whores means nothing about their taste in games.

That being said, I agree with the suggestions for Assassin's Creed and COD4

I'm currently having a blast with Red Faction: Guerilla. Excellent multiplayer. It made me giggle.

I would recommend Prototype whole heartidly :D it's not the prettiest game but you can have a good laugh and the powers are well balanced.

It's possible they suggest a game they wouldn't be able to sell very easily (probably because it sucks ass). Not saying they are neccessarily, but I get his point.

So, I think the Darkness or Bioshock are pretty good (haven't played the former though, but I've heard it's awesome).

I'd saw Rainbow six vegas 1 and 2, 1 had a excellent albeit a bit diffcult campaign and the mulitplayer is great. Some of the community has moved to R6V2 and it has some improvments over one even if it is just a sidestory to R6V2.Mind you the A.I can be a bit stupid sometimes but it never gets too bad.

Maybe if you talk to the owner. A day to day employee has no real stock in which games sell how. They only make minimum wage and definitely don't get commission on what they sell.
