Looking For Good RPGs

Both Fable games were brilliant, and I can't reccomend Dragon Age: Origins enough. It's simply fantastic.

Also, Borderlands, a "Role Playing Shooter" is pretty good as well, but you might want to find a buddy to play it with.

I know for a fact that xbox games (fable at least) can work on the 360, even if they're too scratched to play on the original xbox.

I've lost hope in the RPG (and MMORPG for that matter) division...

get a ds light and your options are limitless. or just buy a gameboy advance for like 30 dollars and check out golden sun.

Morrowind. You can play the Xbox version on your 360 or get it on PC for all the mods. It's cheap and has low system requirements.
