As the title would suggest I'm on a current scavenger hunt for new music, preferably very Small unknown music and musicians.

Thread on new music, here's a sample of one of my favorite groups

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAaJQbMNHaE

They do songs about 1950's CIA mind control experiments and other such deviant things.

So who's got more music?

Brie Larson. (She played Envy Adams in Scott Pilgrim.)

She released a CD in 2005, I think it was. It's mostly just fluff, but I still enjoy it.

Zechs Marquis, they are a rock-jazz fusion group with no vocals, really good stuff.

Check out Jukebox the Ghost. Pretty awesome band with amazing singing and piano.
Saw them live and they were great. They opened for Tally Hall. Needless to say, it was one of the best shows I've ever been to. And if you like Jukebox the Ghost, check out Skybox who was also at that show.

I discovered a band called Alter Bridge today. I think they're big in America, but not here in England.
I can't stop listening to them!
Also, Puddle of Mudd:

If you have an open mind, I would really suggest you check this out:

I am well-aware of that fact that you dont understand what they say, but their songs have a mafia/war theme to them. They are sort of created their own universe where there's a war going on (Think WW2, even though they never actually SAY that it's WW2, so I prefer to just say it some war in another universe).

This song I am about to show you is about a man named Sven Korner, who's now in the papers because he killed Victoria, now the mafia is after him. The song is basically a threat towards Sven Korner sung by the mafia.

If you should happen to like it, I'll gladly translate the lyrics for you :p

I recommend later Solstafir.

Early stuff was black metal, later stuff is some really well done rock.

Small unknown musicians? You know that spans pretty much every genre and every level of quality right? Quite a silly thing to ask for.

Anyway, not to be Buzz McKillington, here's a little band I love:

...preferably very Small unknown music and musicians.
I can't give any respect to people whom the popularity of the band/artist is a factor.

As a cherry on the top, that link offered very popish music, edited as clean as a straight cut block of emmental, with no holes in it.

I'll be on my way then.
