Looking for someone who is really bored and has some photoshop skills.

So I took a random screen pic the other day to see how photobucket works with all of its interesting photo editing and stuff and I ended up only using a blue tint on this pic. But something felt wrong..I needed to have a valve stick out of my face like whenever you boot a valve game. So easy I thought, photoshop it is..but I suck with that..anyone care to give a hand?
