Looking for the best Command and Conquer mod

Hey all,

Huge CnC fan here. A few years ago there was a mod that included all of the CnC units or something and had really good AI. I can't remember the name. I'm trying to find the name of it so I can get it and play again. I didn't care to much for the recent newest version. Not really sure why. Either way...

Anyone know?

Shockwave is a good mod for generals.
Any mods past generals are unreleased.
