Yeah so not a very helpful or deep thread but this is whats going on =3:

I saw a tiny bit of a documentary in a waiting room the other day, and it looked massively interesting. What I could understand from what little I saw it was about the Italian mafia in America, more specifically concerning a trial. The trial was of a guy who's name has since escaped my memory, that revealed immense amounts of information about the mob, the year was something like 1930-50's I'm not entirely certain.

The documentary looked massively interesting (and I'm a huge docu-fan =3), so I'd really REALLY appreciate your help on this! To add just a tiny bit of value for you other people to this thread, what kind of documentaries, if any, do you enjoy the most and would you recommend any?

THANKS!

Sacco and Vanzetti are all that really come to mind.
Or perhaps Al Capone? Although Al Capone just got convicted for Tax Evasion, so maybe not.

Wish I could help more, but thats all I got.

Sounds familiar.... but there are to many documentary's that qualify as my favorite. But one i have trouble remembering the name of is that one about how the baby boomer generation caused events that lead to the market crash

And I too am a huge documentary fan, but I mostly like documentaries on religious things.
