Looking to do more - Also, 1000 posts!

Well, it finally happened.

After three years of lurking and barely posting and fearing for my health meter, as of this post I've finally reached quadruple digits. And I gotta say, I think I could've done that a bit quicker.

So, where to now? I feel as though I want to contribute more to the community around here - to better make a name for myself. And, just maybe, make my stay here a learning experience. I really want to get to know the users here, as I feel I don't really at the moment.

So... what do?

Ah yes I remember this time way back in 2010 when I first got my 1000 posts. At that point I bought Pub club and then attacked the Forum Games like a monster. It's at that point that I started posting like a fiend and I would get close to 1000 posts a month at one point, so people started to notice me at that point. By doing this I was able to get the attention of a lot of people and I made quite a few really good friends here.

Like Topaz has said just try to find a usergroup to join and chat there. Sooner or later you should find your clique of people to chat with and chat with them whenever. I remember that I was really nervous about getting to know people back when I was new to the forums but after awhile I got to know some other users well enough that I could go to them with problems and they would listen. So don't be nervous about chatting in the forum games group, we don't bite. Except para, he does bite.
