Lost LBP data?

Let me preface by saying yes, I used the search button, no, I didn't find this topic anywhere else.

OK, that being said...

I recently got the Metal Gear level and character packs for Little Big Planet, and a couple of nights ago I ended up with a corrupted save file. Apparently this has something to do with the MGS content. I lost everything LBP-wise: all my DLC, had to re-download the MGS stuff, and all my progress, including my created levels that I hadn't published yet.

Anyone else have this problem? Know how to fix it? Because Sony and Media Molecule ain't talking.

I have the MGS pack, but I havn't played LBP enough to encounter this glitch. Right now I'd prefer to wait until they come with a patch before I play it again.
