Lost Odyssey - help needed!

So, I'm at a point in Lost Odyssey where I can't get any further. I'm on Disc 4, the part where you fight the Arthrosaurus' or whatever they're are called. The five creatures that attack Numara, and you have to stop them before they destroy the city.

I have tried time and time again, but cannot seem to defeat them. If you have any tips whatsoever, please give them to me, because I have been stuck on this part for half a year, and I really want to find out the ending to one of my favourite games.

How did you defeat them, and where is a good place to grind?

You could try a walkthrough, you know? I mean, it's not that hard to find one, and if you only want to find out the ending, then it shouldn't make you feel bad to use one.

Thanks for the guide. I thought if I asked here I'd get many different tactics to choose from though.
I'll try this method.
