Wha'd you think? Was it fun or not? Would you change anything of it? Was the Story good?


Me myself, I loved the story, it was really good, and I also found it very very fun, I would change the fighting though....yes I do love turn based fighting, but I think it would have been so much better if the fighting would have been like Tales of Synphonia(for the Gamecube) That probably would have made it so much better. But other then that, I would it was a good game overall. I would give it like an 8.5 outta 10

Well, back on topic...

I liked Lost Odyssey-- I thought that, for a JRPG, it had a very interesting story. Learning about the main character's past was especially fun, and reading the unlockable dreams was surprisingly enjoyable. The "ring" combat mechanic added a nice bit of challenge to the hum-drum of turn-based battles, and the game was fairly difficult to boot-- which I like to see in RPGs. I liked that combat took quite a bit of preparation, as opposed to the typical "attackattackattackattackattack!" you get in most games.

I enjoyed it till about 10 hours in when a couple of little kids joins the party of about 8 and 10 years old. after that 95% of the cutsceens were about how the monsters were scaring the kids after about 10 hours of that I stopped playing it. It wouldn't be so bad if you could just leave them out of the party, but with the way the leveling system worked you had to have at least one of them in the party to learn new skills

Those damn kids are annoying as shit O.O But after awhile they started to shut up about it.

The leveling system was pretty sweet, and I liked how the Immortals had to learn from other people. That was a great idea. And yea I must say the battle system was a break from just were you swing, and hopefully it dies, but still it would have been better if it was like Tales of Synphonia

Main storyline was really shallow and predictable. The sub-plots and dreams are excellent. Combat is the normal turn based stuff. Nothing special. LOVED the skill learning system.

Once again, the probation was because of a ONE-WORD POST. Apparently, there's a limit on how small you can type.

They can't be any clearer.

The site has a link to the post that it says u got probation for. And since i cant read your messages, i assumed it was right.

I own the game myself and so far I'm in the 2nd disc and I've loved every minute of it so far. The story is good enough to keep me occupied and the "dreams" he recalls are very good ass well. The battle system (although somewhat annoying) is still fun and I haven't seen it in any game I've played before. Graphics are nice and the lip syncing is excellent too. My only problem is with this character Jansen. He has a smart ass comment about everything and it makes me want to hit him each time he does. But overall I would recommend getting it if you have a 360 and like RPG's, it's a must have in my opinion.

Oh my god! How can you want to his Jansen...I found him the comic relief in the beginning because I found the beginning very boring.

And he still keeps his smart ass remarks, but he gets a lot smarter and nicer in Disk 3 and Disk 4
