My definition of Epic in music is slightly different from yours - I class it as anything that builds to a big conclusion, even if it starts small. Feel free to skip a few. But a few of my favourites in there:

There's a reason why Martin O'Donnell get's the most cheers at gaming conventions than othe r Bungie members, and why the biggest concern with 343 making halo games is that Marty is still with Bungie.

Some of the Orchestrated pieces for Tangled are pretty awesome, I highly recommend listening to the Darksiders soundtrack as well, since that also has some brilliant pieces
