OK, so here's an interesting point I'd like to comment. When I bought my 360 this summer (a little late, all be said) I was hoping I'd find a whole truckload of second hand games waiting for me at my local games shop for me to gleefully buy and find out that they suck, but at least will give me entertainment and gamer points.
But what, to my disgrace, should I find that my first attempt at buying a second hand game was buying Fatal Inertia, a game that, on box, looked a hell of a lot like F-Zero, a game that will always live in our hearts, despite the fact there hasn't been a sequel in more time than my fish brain can retain, that the game was completely horrid beyond the point of throwing up my own organs and having to eat them up again, then asking for seconds, thus favouring the pain of self eating before a horrid videogame. I'll give it no more attention than it deserves, and use it as a frisbee, or as a 360 chainsaw experiment (you know, when you turn it around with a disk inside whilst it's on) and ask my question: Are there any reccommendable second hand games out there? If so, please say so, because I was lucky enough to find CoD WaW the other day, but I doubt it will ever happen again. So, any reccomendable titles for my low time budget?

I wouldn't consider COD: WaW a recommendable second hand game even though you already have it.

CoD4 on the other hand...

GTAIV will be about second hand and that is worth a looking to.

Especially look at the "all time" list on the right of the screen. It's not an infallible guide, as it doesn't take personal tastes into account, but it should give you an idea of which titles are buried treasures and which are buried toxic waste.

I had been lead to believe that CoD 5 was pure sloth excrement when I saw that the story was back to WW2 for the billionth time in history of FPS, and that the weapons would be such a pile of jam and badass recoil that you'd have to put your sensitivity to max and constantly aim downwards just to compensate for it. But then, a friend of mine invited me to play with some friends knowing that I was good or at least not awful at CoD 4 (which I bought first hand, when times were sweeter), and to my amazement, I had an awful lot of fun. Then we tried the campaign and I decided I had to get it. The fact I found it when browsing second handers was just a matter of luck, I guess.

I have indeed been looking for that one for ages now, and it seems to be tracking me by GPS and stealthily avoiding me every time I get into a 100 kilometer radius. Maybe I should try eBay...

I remember the times I used to dig RPGs, and J's in particular, but it seems they've gone somewhat downhill... I could give Lost Odyssey a try, since I understand it's good, and I could certainly try Mass Effect, as I'm given to believe by other sources that it is pure gold. But the question is, will I find these second hand?

So that's why. I'm Spanish (COUGH COUGH) and therefore, videogaming sucks altogether here. Buying games is frustrating, and so is renting and buying them second hand.
