Low(er) budget games

I once described Fable 1 to a friend as a "low-budget Oblivion". My little bro got me The Godfather II for Christmas, and I'm kind of thinking of it as a low-budget GTA. Can you think of any other games that can be described as "X on a lower budget"?

In all seriousness though, Tactical Ops: Assault on Terror was basically a low budget Counter Strike. Still fun, though.

Fable 1 is in no way close to Oblivion, The Godfather is only some what close to GTA.
