I caught a glimpse of that comic. I saw it as an endless debate between reality and imagination. In the movies Vader moves like pudding compared to any of the past Jedis (Luca passed this off as the unfinished training of Luke and Vader being a robot man. When in reality the answer is higher standards and bigger budget) But in my imagination Vader rocked all the Jedis because he's unstoppable like a angst powered killing machine. Put his "style" up against anything in the original trilogy and he'd get his robotic ass handed to him. But It's Vader and like Jesus his true power comes from the nerds who believe in his awesomeness no matter how clunky he was, silly he looked and how basic the original fight scenes were.LogicNProportion said:*Puts on Boba Fett helmet*
Whoever said that was a joke. They made a canon comic about Maul being resurrected by some Dark Jedi cult, and lured Vader there to fight him. Vader one in possibly one of the most badass displays of 'Kill you no matter what!' I've sever seen.
Same goes for the acting.
I'd prefer it if Vader just killed him with one hit after about 3 comics worth of build up. And said something cool like: "Obi-Wan got me when I tried the same trick he got you with." or somethingMacheteswordgun said:What could you hate enough to destroy me?"
"Myself."
